In 2015, Orlando Carretta participated in a number of roaming exhibitions promoted by local not-for-profit organisations. In 2016, he participated in an exhibition organised by the Presidio del Libro Archivio, with a book dedicated to Italian singer-songwriter, Franco Battiato. During the summer Orlando also exhibited in Acqui Terme, Italy, with an Art Book dedicated to the city itself. In 2016 Orlando was also nominated as one of the five winners in the Installation category of the contemporary art competition organised by Libreria Angelica, Rome, in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Culture. Orlando is currently exhibiting his artwork, Around the World in 80 Days, during the MadreMare exhibition dedicated to art books that is stopping at several iconic locations in Apulia, Italy, during the summer of 2017.
